Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one bag or a thousand. Every bag is printed on demand, so a single custom bag costs the same per unit as the first bag of a large order.
What sizes and prices do you offer?
Whole bean coffee in five bag sizes: 4 oz (113 g) $9, 10 oz (283 g) $15, 12 oz (340 g) $16, 1 lb (454 g) $18, and 5 lb (2.27 kg) $72. Label-only sticker packs start at $18 for 30.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, applied automatically at checkout: 10% off when you buy 2 or more of the same bag, 15% off at 4 or more, and 20% off at 6 or more.
Which roasts can I choose?
Three: Blonde (bright, floral, citrus-forward), Brunette (balanced, smooth, chocolate and caramel), and Black (bold and full-bodied).
Where does the coffee come from?
We buy green beans directly from family farms in Costa Rica, with no importers or brokers in between. That gives full traceability and a fair price for the farmers.
Where and how is it roasted?
In Maynard, Massachusetts, on a Bellwether all-electric, ventless roaster: no gas and zero on-site emissions. Every bag is roasted to order in small batches.
How long does an order take?
We roast, print your label, pack, and ship usually within 3 to 5 business days. Every bag is roasted to order, so the coffee is fresh when it leaves Maynard, Massachusetts.
Is the coffee whole bean or ground?
Every bag is whole bean, which keeps it fresh longest. Grind it just before brewing for the best cup.
What artwork can I upload?
PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF. For a finished full-label design, send it at 300 DPI with 1/8 inch (3 mm) of bleed on every edge. The label area on the 16 oz bag is about 3 by 4 inches (7.6 by 10.2 cm). No artwork? Use the online designer to add names, dates, and text, and see it on the bag before you buy.
Can I see my bag before I order?
Yes. The designer shows a live preview of your label on the bag as you add artwork and text.
Can I buy just the labels?
Yes. Custom sticker packs of 30, printed on waterproof BOPP, in an 8 oz label (2.5 by 3.5 in, 6.4 by 8.9 cm), a 16 oz label (3 by 4 in, 7.6 by 10.2 cm), or a mixed sheet. Put them on your own bags, boxes, or gift sets.
Do you do private label or contract roasting for cafés?
Yes. We can match a roast profile you already love and roast it under your label on a recurring basis. See coffee for cafés and restaurants.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Can I reorder a past design?
Yes. Sign in and reorder any previous bag in a couple of clicks.
